2cChopped fresh basil leaves
1cChopped flat leaf parsley
1/4cToasted breadcrumbs
2 Cloves minced garlic
3tbLight miso paste
1/4 - 1/3 cup water
2tbGrated parmesean (optional)

in food processor, combine everything except water. pulse til finely minced. with machine running, slowly add water until it reaches desired consistency. serve with pasta or whatever your heart desires! supposed to be 6 servings at 53 cal, 1g fat a serving.
